Tire Swing

welcome to haven collective

Announce Freedom to All Captives!

The Spirit of God, the Master, is on me because God anointed me.

He sent me to preach good news to the poor,

heal the heartbroken,

announce freedom to all captives,

pardon all prisoners.

God sent me to announce the year of his grace ___

a celebration of God's destruction of our enemies and to comfort all who mourn,

To care for the needs of all who mourn in Zion,

give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes,

Messages of joy instead of news of doom,

a praising heart instead of a languid spirit.

Rename them "Oaks of Righteousness" planted by God to display his glory.

They'll rebuild the old ruins, raise a new city out of the wreckage.

They'll start over on the ruined cities, take the rubble left behind and make it new.

Angi Dougherty

Angi is a Trauma-Informed Coach who walks alongside individuals and families navigating the difficult aftermath of narcissistic and high-conflict relationships. Her approach combines compassionate support and practical strategies, along with an understanding of how relational trauma can impact a person’s ability to feel safe, communicate clearly, trust themselves, and move forward.

A significant focus of Angi’s work is helping individuals heal from narcissistic relationships and patterns of emotional and relational abuse. She helps clients recognize unhealthy dynamics, rebuild confidence in their own voice and decision-making, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, and begin creating a life that is no longer controlled by fear, manipulation, or conflict.

Angi also offers Trauma-Informed Court Support & Accompaniment for individuals facing family court and other emotionally difficult legal proceedings. While she does not provide legal advice or legal representation, she helps clients prepare emotionally and practically for court, organize their thoughts and concerns, identify healthy communication strategies, remain grounded during stressful proceedings, and process the experience afterward. When appropriate and permitted, she can also provide in-person accompaniment so clients do not have to navigate an intimidating court experience without support.

Through Facilitated Communication Coaching Sessions, Angi provides a structured, trauma-informed environment for difficult conversations between adults. She helps participants slow down reactive communication, establish boundaries for the conversation, identify the issues that actually need to be addressed, and communicate in a way that keeps the focus on clarity, respect, and productive next steps.Whether someone is trying to heal from a narcissistic relationship, navigate high-conflict family dynamics, prepare for court, strengthen boundaries, or have a conversation that feels impossible to have alone, Angi provides steady, practical, trauma-informed support for the next step forward.
